What do I need?
Finding the right item can be difficult when you are left with hundreds of items to choose from. On our web site you will be able to search for products in accordance to the targeted pest. All of the pests are divided into different categories with short descriptions and recommended products for use. But if you already know what product you are looking for, simply enter it into the search bar.

If the item you are looking for is unavailable, simply give us a call. We will gladly assist you in finding the item of your need; for we have access to all pest control products available today.
What do I need?
We offer two different checkout methods, Google Checkout and Pest Mall shopping cart.
When ordering more than one of the same product, simply go to your view cart and change the order quantity and the prices will be automatically adjusted for you.
After you have finished choosing the right products for your needs, make sure everything is the right size and quantity before further proceeding to check out. Once verified; click CHECKOUT.
After clicking CHECKOUT, the next step is customer information and payment selection. All payments are processed through PayPal for verification and security reasons, for PayPal is our merchant service provider. Until PayPal verifies the payment, we do not receive any of the payment. Even payments made with credit cards are processed through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover). Our site is secured with McAfee and transactions are run through one of the most trusted merchant services. Shipping Method
The free shipping method offered on our website only qualifies for purchases over $25 to the lower 48 states in America, which is excluding the state of Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipment is either sent through UPS ground or USPS flat rate, depending on the product that is being shipped.

We do offer expedited shipping; however it is at the expense of the customer. Free shipping is only offered through ground shipping (3-10 business days). Please note that delays may occur during major holiday seasons.
If your package is shipped out via UPS or USPS you will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been picked up by UPS from our warehouse.
If any of the information given continues to be pending or declined we will call you directly to confirm this matter. To protect our customers against fraudulent transactions we ask that you make sure the bill address and name on card matches the one in your bank account. Confirmation
Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email immediately. The email will include your order number, confirmation of the order and another chance to double check your shipping and billing address.
When placing an order online, credit cards can still be declined after confirmation of order due to security reasons. In this case please contact us right away via email at info@PestMall.com or by phone at 1-800-788-4142.
Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled. We try our best to process your orders as soon as we can. When the order is completed it is sent to the warehouse to be shipped right away; therefore there is no way for us to track the package until it is picked up by UPS or USPS.
We try our best to ship out orders as soon as it comes in. In most cases orders placed before 12 pm EST are shipped out the same day. If your package is not shipped out the same day it will ship within one business day, unless it is a Saturday or Sunday. Orders received during the weekend are shipped on the following Monday.
Some products are prohibited to be sold to certain states due to its chemical content. Other states might request for a special license, permit, or registration in order for you to purchase the product. Please keep in mind that we do our best here at PestMall.com to adhere to these rules and regulations.
Aerosol cans can ONLY be shipped via UPS Ground. It is against all shipping company policies to ship these types of products by AIR. Any issues regarding aerosol shipment by hair is at the owners own risk.

A $14 fee will be charged if the address we have received from the customer is incorrect. UPS holds an initial fee of $14 for packages that need to be re routed. This is the charge that will be passed onto the customer. Refunds cannot be issued to items that cannot be retraced after being shipped to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct address before further processing the order.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the day of shipment on items that have not been opened or used and are in its original state.
If you would still like us to ship back the package that was refused or returned back to us after the first delivery attempt, the initial shipping charge will have to be recharged on the customer's expense. If by your mistake the package is returned to our warehouse we will contact you verbally. If you do not want us to re ship the order, a refund will be given with the initial shipping cost deducted from the refunded amount.

Yes, at PestMall.com we do accept returns ONLY IF it has been unused or unopened. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day of shipment.
When returning items to PestMall.com we will deduct the initial shipping charge from the total refunded amount. Returns will only be accepted if the item remains in the same condition, in the origional packaging, unused, without any damages. The only time we will not accept returns is when the item is damaged or defaced.
Any item claimed to be defected will be examined at our warehouse, if we find this claim to be false, the refund will not be accepted. The item then will be returned back to the buyer and he or she is responsible for all charges. Even if the item is reject we hold the rights to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
First, contact us via email (info@PestMall.com) or by phone (Toll Free 1-800-788-4142) and notify us of the situation. When making a return please have the order or invoice number and please state the reason for return. Some exceptions may be made for defected items.
Return shipping is then the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you use a carrier that is traceable for your safety and protection. Once the item returns to our store we will examine the item and refund all funds after the original shipping cost is deducted. We will send you a notification once the refund has been made via email or phone, the process will take 1-2 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement. However the duration of the refund process may take longer during the holidays.

If any product purchased by the customer is found to be illegal for use, distributed, or not registered in the customer's , State, County, City, Province, etc. it should be immediately returned to Pest Mall, and a refund can be processed as long as the item remains in its original state. PestMall.com is under the assumption that our customers are of sound mind, can read and interpret English (as most pesticide labels are written in English), and that the customer assumes all responsibility for the purchases they have made in the products safety, proper, and legal usage. Our point of sale is located in Duluth, Georgia, USA. Any legal issues brought forth against Pest Mall will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Legal proceedings will also be held in Gwinnett County, Duluth, Georgia.
