Shipping and Returns
PestMall.com makes every effort to ship out orders as soon as the orders are received. Shipments by ground take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on the destination. Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours, excluding weekends & holidays. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day after you place your order. Generally, orders placed before 12:00PM EST, go out the same business day. However, we can not guarantee same-day shipping when the product is: out of stock, back ordered, order is placed after 12:00PM EST, or no address verification. If in case the order is out of stock or back-ordered, we will contact you right away. For orders with expedited shipping, orders placed before 12:00PM EST may be imported and shipped out the same day, however, orders placed after 12:00PM EST may or may not be shipped out until the following business day.
Shipping to US Territories:
PestMall com. provides free shipping on all orders that exceed $25 for the 48 Continental US states. Your package will be shipped either USPS mail or UPS regular ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. All orders shipped to any Georgia address will be charged 7% sales tax. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight. Furthermore, there may be some orders we will not be able to ship because of distance or cost. Additional charges apply if you desire express delivery. Please call toll free (1-800-788-4142) for expedited orders or for larger orders.
Please note : Express shipping is not available for some of our products due to hazardous materials transport requirements under DOT regulations.
Products which cannot be transported via air will be forwarded via ground transport only in limited quantities.
International Shipping Guide:
PestMall.com will ship products to most countries (see restrictions below). We accept credit card or PayPal. If you have any questions regarding payment & shipping for international orders, please e-mail us. International Shipping fees are based on destination, size, and weight.
International Shipping Restrictions:
You are responsible for any duties or taxes and customs restrictions outside the United States. Please check with your customs office if you have any questions.
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package plus a international processing fee. Prepayment by credit card is needed.
PestMall.com adheres to any and all state shipping restrictions. We do offer a shipping service to PO box with USPS priority mail. All aerosol cans and some live traps must be shipped by Ground only. Some insecticide concentrates cannot be shipped to New York, Connecticut, California, Vermont, or outside the lower 48 United States. If a product cannot be sold in a particular state then you will be informed of the restriction on the product's information page. PestMall.com will adhere to any and all state shipping restrictions. All aerosol cans must be shipped by UPS Ground. they cannot be shipped by US mail or UPS Air.

We accept returns on unused and unopened items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the initial order.
When either the package is refused or returned to us, we uphold the right to deduct the initial shipping cost and/or restock fee (15%). If by your mistake the package is returned to our warehouse we will contact you via telephone. If the customer would like us to re ship the package back to them, we uphold the right to recharge the customer for the shipping fees as well as any additional shipping fees that are charged by our third party shipper, such as a charge on refused packages, undeliverable address, failed delivery attempts, and etc regardless of if the customer had initial free shipping.
When returning items to PestMall we uphold the right to deduct the initial shipping cost or the restock fee from the total.
Any unused or unopened items being returned, that are not a defect or damaged, will only be accepted if the item remains to be in its original condition in its original packaging. All documentation or copies of the documentation should be included in the returning package. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected to be in its original condition. All items returning should be properly packaged to prevent any damages during the transit. If the item being returned appears to be damaged or defaced, we uphold the rights to refuse a full refund after the deductions of the initial shipping costs and/or restock fees have been made. Items claimed to be defect will also be examined at our warehouse, if we find this to be false then we uphold the right to refuse a full refund. The item will then be returned back to the buyer and he or she is responsible for all charges.
If you would like to make any returns, first contact us via email (email@example.com) or via phone (Toll Free 1-800-788-4142) and notify us of the situation. When making a return please have the order or invoice number available and state the reason for return. Some exceptions may be made for defected items.
The return shipping is your responsibility. We ask that for your protection and safety you use a carrier that is traceable. Once the item is returned, the process can take anywhere from 3-5 business days and 1-2 business days for the transaction to appear back in to your account and longer during holidays.
Cancellation of Order
Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed.
